De La Salle High School is well known for its achievements in Athletics! 16 programs, 39 teams, and more than 700 students participate in various De La Salle Athletics programs throughout the school year.
At the end of the 2022-2023 school year, De La Salle was once again named the top boys' sports program in California by Cal-Hi Sports. This capped a phenomenal season that saw the Spartans winning the CIF State Golf Championship, as well as the CIF Northern California Baseball Championship.
In addition to the state championships, De La Salle collected nine NCS championships across a wide range of sports including water polo, golf, swimming and diving, baseball, football, lacrosse, track and field, volleyball, and wrestling. It also picked up seven East Bay Athletic League (EBAL) championships.
At the club level, our rugby team won the NorCal Championship and earned a No. 1 ranking in the state and our trap team swept first place in the League, State, and National Championships for both the varsity and junior varsity teams.
These are great accomplishments to recognize and celebrate!
