We are delighted to establish the Reverend France A. Davis Endowed Scholarship Fund to provide support to University of Utah students to study and experience the unique aspects of Ghana as part of their academic career. The scholarship fund will provide a set amount of funding each year to selected students to participate in a university program with a tie to our partner institution, Ensign Global College, located in Ghana (West Africa). Scholarship recipients will be chosen via an application process.
This scholarship will honor the legacy of Rev. France A. Davis in perpetuity and give generations of students a chance to experience a portion of their education in the beautiful country of Ghana.
Experiences offered by the Rev. France A. Davis Endowed Scholarship fund create the next generation of leaders.
Please join us in honoring Reverend France Davis by helping us establish an endowed scholarship in his name. Our goal is to create an endowed scholarship fund that will award a travel scholarship to a student from an under-represented population each year to Ghana, West Africa. The Reverend France Davis Scholarship will be administered by the David Eccles School of Business and will benefit students through the Center for Business, Health and Prosperity at the University of Utah. In the event that the minimum threshold of $25,000 needed to establish an endowment isn't met within two years, funds will be awarded as an annual scholarship in Reverend Davis’s honor.
