The Cranbrook Schools Fund (CSF) helps to maintain the excellence in education the Booth Family intended when they established the Cranbrook Foundation back in 1927 that would lead to the creation of Brookside, Cranbrook and Kingswood. As Alumni, by supporting the CSF we are honoring their legacy, expressing our gratitude for the opportunity we were afforded and ensuring generations to come are able to partake in the Cranbrook Educational experience.
Join us from May 19 - 27 as we raise alumni participation and support for the Cranbrook Schools of today and tomorrow.
OFFICIAL RULES
- All alumni of Cranbrook Kingswood are eligible.
- Gifts of all sizes count!
- The participation challenge runs from May 19-27.
- Alumni who have already made their gifts to The Cranbrook Schools Fund this school year (July 2021 – present) are reflected in the current totals and in the honor roll. Thank you! Additional gifts will benefit the Schools and are greatly appreciated, but will not increase overall alumni participation.
- Not ready to swipe your credit card now? Pledges count! Make a pledge now and pay before June 30, 2022, so your participation will be counted for the challenge.
- If you and your spouse are both alums, participation will count for each class year. Include both class years on the giving form.
- The class with the highest percentage of participants will be recognized at Reunion Weekend - June 10-12, 2022.
Thank you to all who have made a gift to Cranbrook Kingswood so far this year! A special thanks to those who participated in The 1927 Challenge with a gift or helped us spread the word. Your support makes a difference for the students of today.
Thank you!

We have exciting news!
Three alumnae from the classes of 1977, 1981 and 1983 have generously committed to give $50,000 when 300 more new alumni donors make a gift before The 1927 Challenge ends on May 27.
Help us unlock an additional $50k for Cranbrook Kingswood with your gift today.
If you have already made a gift, THANK YOU! Your support has gotten us closer to unlocking this generous gift. Please share this opportunity with your classmates and encourage them to join you in supporting Cranbrook Kingswood.
Thank you Peter '21 for leading the way for your class!
Thank you to John '17 for getting the ball rolling!
931 days ago by Laurie SnyderThank you to those who have already made a gift. Your support of the Cranbrook Schools students is appreciated. And thank you to those folks who have stepped up to make a challenge to their classmates and fellow alums.
We have even had our first ‘Class vs Class’ challenge. The class of 2010 has challenged the Class of 2012. Who will end up with the highest percentage of alumni donors in their class?
Did you know that through your gift to The Cranbrook Schools Fund you can support an area of school life that is most important to you?
Arts, Athletics, Financial Aid, Campus and Classrooms, Faculty Compensation or the Area of Greatest Need
Almost half of donors to The 1927 Challenge have chosen to support the Area of Greatest Need. Thank you for your belief in Cranbrook Schools!
