What is PTK? Phi Theta Kappa is CCV's honor society and is open to all eligible students who have completed more than 12 credits with a GPA of 3.7 or higher.
We Ask of You: We want to establish a fund for all things PTK...
- to help students who find the one-time $80 membership fee a barrier to joining
- to enable future PTK "Honors in Action" projects
- other small PTK-related expenses that are not covered by other sources of funding
About PTK at CCV: The PTK chapter at CCV was established in the spring of 2016. PTK is recognized as the official honor society for two-year colleges by the American Association of Community Colleges. At CCV, the group follows the core principles of leadership, fellowship, scholarship, and service through annual programming intended to foster those four hallmark principles. In addition, CCV’s PTK chapter has the goal of cultivating community among all members of the College and working with other groups within the College whenever possible.
