Crowdfunding is an innovative way for the CC community to directly support special projects and groups across the college. This year, we're raising funds for have several exciting club sports, the Food Pantry, and CC Arbor Day efforts. Thank you for helping make a difference for students and our beautiful campus!

The Club Freeride Skiing is the newest team at Colorado College. We hope to raise $5,000. These donations will help pay for the gas needed to get to competitions, lodging at competitions, and membership fees for our athletes. Skiing is inherently a very expensive sport, but with the funds collected, we hope to be able to open up this activity to as many people as possible.

The CC Food Pantry has grown from a 'build-your-own-snack-pack' to a dependable program for students facing food insecurity with fresh produce and shelf-stable meals. In addition to expanding the capacity of the CC Food Pantry, we have partnered with the Office of Sustainability to re-launch the CC Exchange program (formally known as the Swap Space), creating 'The CC Pantry Exchange,'

CC's Competitive Climbing Team is seeking donations to send all individuals who qualify for collegiate Nationals to compete in April. We are hoping to raise $3,000, and these donations will help cover travel expenses and competition fees. Please donate so that everyone who qualifies can compete regardless of financial ability.

Zenith Ultimate is Colorado College's Ultimate Frisbee team that competes in USA Ultimate's Division-1. We are hoping this CC Crowdfunding campaign will help us reach our goal of $7,500. The money we raise will go toward flights, ground transportation, accommodations, uniforms, and most importantly, to ensure that any Zenith player can travel with the team regardless of their financial situation. This is especially important to us as inclusion/accessibility is one of our team's values.

The Campus Tree Advisory Committee was created to assist the Campus Arborist with guidance concerning tree care management, future planning of the campus forest, and educating the CC community about the importance of trees. Arbor Day has been celebrated each year at Colorado College since 2016, with multiple tree plantings, garden installations, and guided tours of some of the notable trees on campus. All of these celebrations have been focused on getting students more directly involved and conscious of the trees on the CC campus. This year’s Arbor Day will take place at the Labyrinth and Shove Chapel, where the landscape was heavily damaged from a major windstorm that occurred December 15, 2021. The goal of this project is to raise $3,000 to plant 8-10 trees, plus other perennial plants and shrubs, on Arbor Day 2022. Together we can plant the next generation of trees on campus for the CC community to enjoy for the next 100 years.

With our club motto, “Two teams, one club," CCRFC strives to bring different backgrounds together under a common mission — where at all times, everyone is either learning or teaching the most cooperative sport in the world. The two teams, CC Men’s Club Rugby and CC Cutthroat Rugby, boast accomplished seasons year after year. We are hoping this campaign will help us reach our goal of $10,000. These funds will help us cover the cost of transportation to away matches and out-of-state tournaments, practice equipment, and to help make rugby more accessible for low-income students.
