We recognize this is a challenging time for many. Our unfolding world needs our students to be leaders who think critically, act ethically and reach out with compassion and justice to address the needs of our world.
Your gift enables the College to continue fortifying our students, developing compassion, reflection and service to one another โ leadership qualities needed in the face of uncertainty wrought by the pandemic, recent protests and civil unrest. This is what we do at Holy Cross.
Please know how grateful we are to those who have rallied to support our students when they need it most.
Gifts to the Holy Cross Fund support all aspects of campus life and programs. As you consider making your gift, several available funds directly support our students:
- Financial Aid: Holy Cross is committed to meeting the full demonstrated need of all admitted students. Given todayโs financial environment, the need for financial aid support is greater than ever.
- Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Fund: By adding DEI as an option for giving through the Holy Cross Fund, we invite alumni to take action by supporting ongoing and enhanced initiatives that help foster an inclusive and antiracist campus environment for students who have been underrepresented at Holy Cross.
- Bishop Healy Emergency Fund: This is a last resort safety net of funds that can be used for emergency expenses for current students of color.
- Black Student Union (BSU) Student Opportunity Fund: Provides BSU members with stipends, housing and other costs associated with internships or other high impact experiences โ affording equal access to these important opportunities.
- Emergency Relief Fund: Helps meet the unanticipated travel, technology and emergency financial aid needs of our students affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Thank you for your continued care of this special community. We wouldnโt be who we are without you.
Itโs never been more clear — the world needs us to embrace our commitment to each other. Truly, the world needs Holy Cross.
Please make your gift by midnight tonight to have an immediate, positive impact on our students.
Every gift matters and makes a difference.
Together for Holy Cross
With just two days left before the College's fiscal year ends on June 30, hear why the Holy Cross Fund helps put a Holy Cross education within reach of every exceptional student by supporting the College's ability to provide financial aid.
Help us create leaders. Help our students create positive change today and well into the future. Your donation can create this opportunity. The Holy Cross Fund was built exactly for moments like this.
Here at Holy Cross we see students for who they are and who they are becoming. Now, more than ever, we need courageous people who are willing to encounter one another as members of one community.
Thank you for ensuring that Holy Cross gives every student the best possible resources โ itโs your dedication that enables our students to truly excel.
What we need already exists at Holy Cross.
If you think about it, the kind of leadership our society needs is possible through the Holy Cross experience. The College remains committed to encouraging students to think critically about disparities in social structures, and to take action towards transformation.
It's why the College needs our support. Now more than ever, your gift to Holy Cross will provide exceptional students with access to an education that will prepare them to affect significant and lasting change in our society.
For over 175 years, Holy Cross has been educating the leaders of tomorrow. Together, we can ensure that Holy Cross gives every student the best possible resources to succeed.
