This scholarship is awarded to Central Catholic student(s) who have the desire and talent to pursue art education.
The scholarship is named in honor of Ellen Fasko Howard, a Our Lady of Lourdes alumna whom graced Central Catholic High School with her gifts and talents as an artist for 40 years. During that time she taught visual arts, curated the Ingot, established a school archive and served as the steward of the history for Central Catholic and the founding schools. While she has retired from teaching, Ellen continues to serve the school through the Alumni Association.
