To the Clackamas Community College Community,

My name is Sam Bezzant. I am grateful for the support you provide to students at Clackamas Community College. Your support strengthens the CCC Foundation’s commitment to helping students realize their dreams.

A few months ago, I found myself at a crossroads. While juggling full-time work, pursuing my studies at CCC, and raising my 12-year-old daughter, my education and my family’s stability were at risk. The CCC Foundation stepped in and provided a month's rent. I was able to stay enrolled, continue my academic journey, and inch closer to the goal I had set for myself and the future I envisioned for my daughter.

Today, I have immense gratitude and pride. I will graduate from CCC next spring, and I have enrolled at Oregon State University to further my education in Applied Computer Science with a minor in Business. CCC, bolstered by the unwavering support of the Foundation, served not just as an educational institution for me but also propelled me toward my career aspirations. I now have a stable foundation for my family’s future.

However, I am but one of the many lives the Foundation has touched. Every day, countless students at CCC face a myriad of challenges, each hoping for an opportunity to transform their lives. By supporting the CCC Foundation, you are not just donating; you are investing in the dreams, hopes, and futures of students, ensuring that education remains accessible to all, irrespective of their circumstances.
