Challenges are a great way to show your support. Be the first!
Offer a ChallengeStudents deserve the opportunity to fly with a safety net beneath them. Wraparound services at CCC aim to empower students to focus on their goals, knowing their fundamental needs are cared for. Your support of the below funds plays a vital role in ensuring that students have the necessary resources to thrive academically and personally, both on and off campus.
- Areas of Greatest Need Fund - An unrestricted fund that responds to immediate needs, providing the college the flexibility to support innovative programs and student success.
- ASG Childcare Fund - Grants that support childcare needs for students to stay in school.
- Cougar Food Pantry Fund - Used primarily to purchase food to stock the pantry for student needs.
- Counseling Special Needs Fund - Supports students who are unable to pay for class fees, textbooks and other expenses relating to retention.
- Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Fund - Supports expenditures related to the DEI department and DEI initiatives at CCC, including staff development, professional trainings, program development, special projects and/or area of greatest organizational or student need.
- ESOL Department Fund - Support students in their goals to read, write and speak English, so they can reach your educational, work and personal goals.
- Library Fund - Supports operations of campus libraries where students can access services, books, articles, videos, and more.
- Mini-Grants - Supports staff and faculty in running innovative projects that are student focused and not a part of regular department budgets.
- Skills Development Fund - From full-fledged programs to one-day workshops, community members have access to a variety of workforce training opportunities. This fund provides equipment, staff development, curriculum development, special projects and student awards.
