Over the last four years, Cheverus Giving Day has become a community-wide celebration that provides vital support for the students, faculty, and programs at Cheverus. In fact, 25% of all Cheverus Fund dollars raised last year were given on Cheverus Giving Day 🥳

We are beyond thrilled by our community’s generous response to Cheverus Giving Day 2022! Thank you to everyone who made a gift, issued a match or challenge, and helped to spread the word. We exceeded our goal of 500 donors thanks to YOU.
If you haven't given and are on the fence, here are three reasons why the Cheverus Fund matters:
- The majority of gifts to The Cheverus Fund are unrestricted. Unrestricted gifts give school leadership financial flexibility to meet core commitments, face unforeseen challenges, capitalize on unexpected opportunities, and direct funds where the need is greatest.
- High levels of participation can inspire major donors, corporations, and foundations to increase their own support. People and organizations want to invest in successful institutions that others are supporting too!
- 70% of Cheverus students receive some form of tuition assistance. The ability of the School to offer financial aid to students who need it depends heavily on annual support of The Cheverus fund.

The Board of Trustees will give $20,000 to Cheverus if 100 GOLD alumni make a gift of any amount on Giving Day. Your five bucks could become $20,005! (Actually, $20,010 with the match)⚡️
