Reunion Weekend 2024

Join your fellow CA community members down the road from the Academy at Kinsmen Brewery. Enjoy a local band, and great eats! Food and drink tickets will be provided. 

This event is only for those celebrating their 50th reunion and up, starting with the class of 1974! (+1 are welcome!)

Please join your fellow CA Legends at the Watch Tower Factory (across the street from campus) for a special luncheon hosted by past faculty member D. Robert "Bob" Gardiner. 

Put your knowledge to the test of CA history during our Pub Trivia special, hosted by Barbara Vestergaard P '96, '02, GP '26. Also, pub trivia isn't complete without a treat! Make sure to try local ciders and beers during this hoppy-hour tasting! Lastly, partake in some friendly competition by playing an array of lawn games from croquet, kan-jam, cornhole, spikeball, and more!

Lunch will also be served during this time. Enjoy a local wood fire pizza truck serving up an array of specialty craft pizzas until 4:00! Sides and desserts will also be available.

Invite a friend and head down to our new tennis courts for a friendly game of doubles tennis or pickleball. Refreshments will also be available for our Cats Open players! All sporting equipment will be provided. 

Please join Julie Anderson on Saturday afternoon during Reunion Weekend for a casual conversation about CA today. During the State of the School, Julie will share with you all the exciting things happening on campus – in the classroom and beyond – with time at the end for questions and answers.

Whether you've recently been back to campus or haven't in over a decade, you are sure to love our student-led tour! During this time, you can expect a golf cart tour throughout the entire campus, learn fun facts about CA, get updates about our student body activities, and visit our new athletic facilities. 

Join CA Theater Director Patrick Laffin for an interactive, fun, and entertaining Improv Workshop focused on Cheshire Academy! Using moments from CA's history, Laffin and CA Student Leaders will guide you through various exercises and scenarios.

Engage with current Cheshire Academy Student Leaders during this interactive Alumni Career Panel hosted by Sarah Lasoff-Hodge, student leadership coordinator. Join your fellow CA community members the evening of Reunion Weekend for the induction ceremony of the Kevin Slaughter Athletic Hall of Fame, the D. Robert Gardiner Arts & Letters Hall of Fame recipients, and our newest award - the Outstanding Young Alumni Award! 

Join us for the traditional Cocktail Hour and Wine Tasting at 6:00 p.m. Following this event, we will conclude the evening with the Illuminate CA Reception. Enjoy dinner, a live band, and a special surprise for our alumni that will sure get you reminiscent of your days at CA!
