We are excited to announce that we are kicking off our fundraising efforts for the Law School 2022 Class Gift!

The Class of 2022 would like to gift the school with an art installation by local activist agency, Shooting Without Bullets, founded by Amanda King (' 17.). The art installation, titled "In Our DNA," aims to "use public art that uplifts Cleveland's Black history to catalyze present and future racial justice and civic engagement efforts across Cleveland communities." This art installation will highlight prolific Case Western Law Graduates and the civic virtues they embody. Class gifts are an exciting way for us to leave a lasting legacy at the law school. Not only does it commemorate our time here, but it benefits the law school community for the classes to come. With just a few months left before commencement, we hope you will join us as we celebrate our accomplishments and prepare to become Case Western Reserve University Law alumni.

Why Give Back? 💙

Philanthropy is the longest-standing tradition at Case Western Reserve University! The class of 2022, like classes before, has been supported through the generosity of alumni, parents, friends, staff, faculty and other students.

Now it’s our turn to help the classes behind us! The Class of 2022 would like to gift the school with an art installation by local BIPOC artists to highlight what "An Eye on Justice" means to the BIPOC Community in Cleveland.

Challenge: 100% Participation and $1,000

We have three generous alumni donors from the class of 1958 who want to challenge us. Each of these alumni will individually match our donations—dollar for dollar—up to $1,000! We also have a staff member who is donating $1 for each student who participates. That’s over $3,000 to add to our project.

Because we are the class of 2021, we encourage you to make a gift of $20.21. When you donate this amount, you will be entered into a drawing to win some great prizes, such as

➡️ ONE full graduation regalia

➡️ TWO CWRU Law themed swag bags

While we would love to reach our goal of $1,000.00 to maximize our matching gifts, participation counts most!  🎓Your gift, in ANY amount, makes an impact🎓

There are lots of ways for you to further your support of Case Western Reserve University!

➡️ Set up a recurring donation: We all have our Netflix or Spotify subscriptions that we are charged for monthly without a second thought. Giving back to Case Western Reserve University can be just as easy!

➡️ Follow the CWRU Alumni Association: While making a gift of any size, follow the alumni association to stay up-to-date with future events and opportunities! We will always be your home away from home! Connect with us on FacebookInstagramTwitter, and LinkedIn
