The College Fund provides critical, unrestricted funding that can be directed toward the College’s most pressing needs. Gifts to the fund empower the College’s dean and department chairs with the flexibility to respond nimbly to emerging needs and opportunities as they arise.
The CAS Shared Scholarship is a multi-donor scholarship fund awarded to up to three College of Arts and Sciences students each academic year. Gifts to this fund directly support students of the college and help make a world class education more accessible.
The Emerging Scholars Program (ESP) promotes the success of Case Western Reserve University students who have primarily graduated from Cleveland-area high schools. ESP students tend to be the first in their families to attend college, and most of them have not enjoyed the educational opportunities available to the majority of Case Western Reserve undergraduates. Despite these obstacles, they graduate from the university at higher rates than their non-ESP peers do, excel in a variety of fields and often go on to pursue advanced degrees.
Class of 1974 Endowed Scholarship Fund
The Western Reserve College Class of 1974 left its mark on campus in a number of ways—including on the Hudson Relays rock as the 1972 victors. Now, they are looking to cement their legacy as the first class to have an endowed scholarship in the College of Arts and Sciences. Several classmates have already made gifts towards permanently endowing this fund, which will serve as a lasting legacy for this class by fueling excellence on campus for generations to come.
