You have the power to energize Carnegie Mellon University today!
Carnegie Mellon’s Hispanic-Latino Alumni Association (HLAA) strives to create lifelong bonds between Hispanic-Latino alumni and the university. In order to achieve this, we are focused on our mission to connect and reconnect Hispanic alumni, students, parents and friends to the university and each other. Doing so requires support from all of us!
For Giving CMU Day 2024, we are asking for support for BOTH the HLAA’s operating fund, as well as our recently launched initiative to raise funds to establish an HLAA Endowment. The key difference is that the endowment will exist in perpetuity and support our mission for generations to come, while the operating fund is needed to providing ongoing support for events and activities throughout the year. If you have any questions, please contact Carole Panno at cp1g@andrew.cmu.edu and she will be happy to help.
Giving CMU Day is your chance to illuminate the next great achievement at CMU! 💡
Please consider a gift of any size to one or both of these funds. Our goal is to secure a total of 50 donors. This would be a record for our organization! Please give what you can and encourage your friends to participate as well. For this giving day – 24 Hours of Tartan Power -that’s just over 2 donors per hour from members of our group. We can do this!
