To diversify the future of design we must make tangible changes in design education (what and how we teach) and find a way to open the doors to students from underrepresented groups. To support a new generation of diverse design practitioners and leaders, we launched the Diversity in Design Scholarship at CCA in 2020.
Last year, we were blown away by the support and generosity of our design community, including industry leaders like PayPal Design, Michael & Tammy Borosky, Mara Holt Skov, Daniele De Iuliis and Janine Wiedmer De Iuliis.
For many, the pandemic heightened financial hurdles. CCA Scholarships continue to be essential and open the doors of opportunity for students hoping to study design.
