Please help us raise $22,500 by Wed., Feb. 7!
We have some exciting news!
Over March break, we’ll be going to Mexico to serve migrant and refugee women and children in Mexico. Our team of 15 will be working with Misión de Caridad (MdC), a non profit based in the Mexico/Arizona border city of San Luis Río Colorado.
Many of us are part of Boston Trintiy's Refugee Care Action Group. When we learned about the dire needs in Mexico, we felt that it was very important for us to go and serve in any way that we could. We know that it’ll be a humbling learning experience as many of us have never seen such poverty firsthand.
We look forward to supporting MdC's work and learning about life at the border. We're also eager to see how BTA can develop a long-term relationship with MdC and the families in Mexico.
We would greatly appreciate your prayers and support. Our team is fundraising to make this service trip possible. We each have a goal of raising $1,500, but our total team goal is $22,500 ($1,500 x 15 people). Your support will cover airfare, transportation, food, lodging, and a donation for MdC. Any funds raised over our goal will go directly to MdC.
Will you please help us to make a difference for the women and children in San Luis Río Colorado?
