BMCC FOUNDATION GALA FUNDRAISER

The Gala Fundraiser is an event that brings together community stakeholders that share a common interest in supporting the goals of the BMCC Foundation. The elevated evening of celebration, networking and entertainment aims to raise awareness of and generate support for the Foundation’s stated mission of scholarship and success for BMCC students. Additionally, the gala serves as a platform of recognition for both individuals who have benefitted from support received through the Foundation, and individuals who have provided that support in extraordinary measure.

For 62 years, BMCC has provided opportunities and boldly inspired students to learn, grow, and be part of something larger than themselves. Thanks to the generosity and support of alumni, faculty, staff, and community members, BMCC students have gone on to achieve their dreams of becoming teachers, nurses, technicians, farmers, business leaders, entrepreneurs, and more.

The BMCC Foundation works tirelessly to provide financial resources for students, equipping them for academic and career success.

Over the last six years, the BMCC Foundation has:

• Given over $1.7 MILLION in scholarships and student emergency assistance
• Provided over 1100 scholarships to students
• Awarded an average of $1,545 per student
