At our BCS, we are committed to nurturing the whole child—academically, spiritually, and emotionally—guided by our values of compassion, community, and inclusion. Our intervention specialist works with students who have diverse needs, and sometimes a little extra support can make a big difference in their academic growth and personal development.
Currently, our fixed desks and chairs create a crowded, uncomfortable environment, making it difficult for both students and teachers to move around. By introducing flexible seating, we can transform this space into a dynamic, student-centered classroom that reflects our mission of providing every student with the opportunity to succeed.
Research shows that flexible seating improves focus, reduces disruptive behavior, and supports students' physical needs, especially those with sensory processing challenges and attention deficits. With your help, we can foster a learning environment that allows each student to thrive.
