Please help support Augsburg Chemistry Student Research!

The money raised in 2018 provided a stipend and material expenses for a student researcher in the Chemistry Department. Funds collected on Give to the Max Day are dedicated to supporting students who are ineligible for other funding sources. These research efforts allow students to gain insights and knowledge that can only come from conducting independent research. Continued research efforts often lead to presentations or publications in their field.

Listen to Professors Amanda Case and Michael Wentzel talk about the importance of research!

Your gift can make a difference for current and future Chemistry majors. Help us raise money to support undergraduate research. Please consider donating on Give to the Max Day!

"The opportunity to do research at Augsburg defined my undergraduate experience. The lessons learned and skills gained led me to succeed and excel in my classes, my chemistry career, and other aspects of my life. Now pursuing my PhD in organic chemistry, I realize that my experience in undergraduate research has given me advantages that make me a competitive graduate student." Ellie Peters, Class of '18 and GTTMD Scholarship Recipient
