ABAC Upward Bound Robotics Team

This campaign ended on June 30, 2019, but you can still make a gift to Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College by clicking here!

Upward Bound at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College (ABAC) is a pre-college program for local high school students that aims to increase college entrance and graduation rates among at-risk youth and prepare them for life and the workforce. Our program serves high school students in a nine-county area from low-income families and households in which neither parent holds a bachelor’s degree.

This year, ABAC Upward Bound will be participating in FIRST Robotics Competition, an international robotics competition for high school students. Participating in FIRST will allow our students to learn more about math and science, while expanding their exposure to careers in computer programming, engineering, design, and business administration.

Your sponsorship will help our team cover transportation and competition fees and will allow us to purchase necessary materials and tools to construct the robot. Please support the ABAC Upward Bound Robotics Team with a tax-deductible contribution today.
