Thanks to our generous alumni and family donors, gifts have the potential to be maximized through various matches on True Blue ’24!

Overall True Blue ’24 Participation Challenge: When we reach 2,400 donors, we'll unlock a matching gift of $100,000 from Trustee Joe Boulos ’68.

Affinity-based matches:

Alumni Class Challenges: Look for your class year on the Matches or Challenge tiles. Some classes are matching their classmates’ gifts $1 for $1, $1 per donor, or pledging to give a significant gift to Colby students if their class reaches the individual class participation goal.

First-time Donor Challenge: Make your first gift and Suzanne J. Battit ’86 is generously matching $1 for each $1 donated up to $10,000.  

Designation-based matches:

Athletics and Recreation Team-Based Challenges: Many athletics and recreation teams are matching their supporters gifts $1 for $1, $1 per donor, or pledging to give a significant gift to Colby student-athletes if their team reaches the individual team participation goal. 

Financial Aid Challenge: A generous Class of 2027 Family is matching $1 for each $1 donated to financial aid, up to $15,000. 

DavisConnects: Rick Samson ’68 and Kathy Rock and an Anonymous donor are generously matching $100 per donor up to $20,000.

Support First-Generation/Low-Income (FLI) Students: An anonymous donor will match $100 per donor up to $20,000.
