How do I give to the challenge? It’s easy! Just push "Give Now!" then select the team or fund that inspires you the most.
Do I have to give online? Giving online allows you to participate in leaderboards and other campaign matches and challenges. However, we welcome gifts by phone, mail, stocks or donor-advised fund (DAF) if made during the month of March.
- To make a gift by phone, call 570-577-3277.
- To give by mail, make your check payable to Bucknell University and include the area or fund you wish to support in the memo, and mail to: Gift Processing Bucknell University 301 Market Street, Suite #2 Lewisburg, PA 17837
- To make a gift by stock or donor-advised fund (DAF), please email anngive@bucknell.edu or call 570-577-3277 for information about timing to initiate the transfer as gifts made by phone, mail, stocks or DAFs will only be counted if made during the month of March.
How do I make a gift to a fund that isn’t listed? You can make a gift to the area of your choice by visiting give.bucknell.edu at any time! However, gifts made to funds not listed will not count toward the One Herd One Day challenge.
How many times can I give? Give as many times as you’d like — each of your gifts will make an impact, but you will only be counted as a donor one time.
Can I support the challenge with a match or challenge gift? Yes! Match and challenge gifts help encourage additional giving and increase the impact of your gift. You can easily set up a match or challenge on this campaign page.
What does my gift support? Gifts provide students with essential resources such as training, equipment and travel that allow them to win in the classroom, the community and competitive arenas.
Can I give to more than one program? Yes, you can support five programs per transaction. To support additional programs, you’ll have to submit more than one transaction.
I already gave this year, does my gift still count toward the challenge? Your gift supports students whenever you choose to make it. However, the One Herd One Day challenge only counts donors and dollars raised during the challenge timeframe. If you already made a gift this year, please consider making an additional gift.
Does my gift count toward Reunion? Yes. If you are celebrating your Reunion this year, gifts you make to any fund count toward your class goals.
I'm a parent of a graduating senior, does my gift count toward the Honor Your Graduate campaign? Yes. Giving to the One Herd One Day challenge qualifies you to receive a B proud pin during Commencement. Stay tuned for more information regarding pin pick-up times.
Is my gift tax-deductible? Yes. You’ll receive a gift receipt upon completion of your gift.
