Now is the time to leave a lasting legacy on the campus that helped us so much by making your gift to the 2024 Senior Gift Campaign.
Can I make my gift in honor of someone? Yes! Is there a classmate, friend, professor, staff member or family member who made an incredible impact on you throughout your four-year journey at Agnes? When you give, make it in honor or memory of someone special.
Can family members, staff and faculty make a gift in honor of a senior or the senior class? Yes! Every gift makes a BIG difference for seniors and Agnes Scott.
What is the Senior Completion Grant Fund? In 2021-2022, with the help of several generous donors, Agnes Scott established the Senior Completion Grant Fund for seniors who face financial hardship in their final year. Entirely donor-funded, the small but meaningful one-time grants help students overcome their last financial barrier to graduation, allowing them to receive the Agnes Scott degree they have earned.
How can I earn extra community service hours? Only gifts made by seniors will be eligible for earning extra community service hours. If you give $1, you’ll receive ten minutes of service, for $5 you’ll receive one hour of service, for $10 you’ll receive 2.5 hours of service, and for $20.24 you'll receive six hours of service. Six hours is the maximum amount that students can receive for extra community service.
Why does Agnes Scott need my donation? Tuition does not cover the full cost of an extraordinary Agnes Scott education. Your experience is directly impacted by donations from students, faculty, staff, alumnae, families and friends of Agnes Scott each year. By giving back, you are helping your fellow seniors and future Scotties have access to innovative academics, hands-on opportunities and experiences - just like you did! We're asking Class 626 to make a gift of any size to the Senior Completion Grant Fund this year.
Can I direct my gift to a different cause? Yes! You can also choose to direct your gift to areas that make Agnes Scott unique, including supporting student scholarships, amazing faculty, presidential priorities or The Fund for Agnes Scott's unrestricted fund - which impacts every aspect of the student experience. Every gift matters!
When do I get my Scottie Blue-Bowed pin? The first 100 student donors who make a gift of $1 or more will receive a special Scottie blue-bowed pin in celebration of our class! You can pick up your pin at the ASC post office.
How can I win Scottie swag? Our official campaign kicks off in April. Each week, one lucky senior will be selected at random from all of the seniors who make a gift to the Senior Gift Campaign. The winners will be announced via email. The items will be delivered to the winner's ASC post office boxes. Only gifts made by seniors will be eligible for a chance to win some spectacular Scottie swag.
If I need help, who can I contact? If you need help or have questions, please contact Jasmine Paul '21, Assistant Director of The Fund for Agnes Scott, at 404.471.6476 or jmpaul@agnesscott.edu.
Commit to giving beyond commencement. Every gift of every size has an impact! Every aspect of the student experience is directly impacted by gifts from students, faculty, staff, alumnae, families and friends of Agnes Scott each year.
