What is Hutchison Giving Day?
Hutchison Giving Day is a special one-day fundraising campaign supporting the Hutchison Fund. On Thursday, February 5, 2026, we invite alumnae, parents, grandparents, parents of alumnae, faculty, staff, and friends to come together to Spread Hutch Love by making a gift in honor of someone special in the Hutchison community.
Your support directly impacts every Hutchison girl by strengthening academic programs, expanding opportunities, and ensuring the continued excellence of our school for generations to come.
Why should I participate in Giving Day?
Hutchison provides limitless opportunities for girls to follow their passions in the classroom, on stage, and on the field. These experiences are made possible through the Hutchison Fund.
Gifts to the Hutchison Fund are essential to supporting innovative academics, signature programs, athletics, arts, faculty excellence, and student life. Every gift, no matter the size, makes a meaningful difference and strengthens our entire school community.

Make a Gift Every gift, no matter the size, makes a meaningful impact for our girls.
Become an Advocate Click on the “Advocate” tab on the Giving Day campaign page and sign up to inspire others to participate and track your impact. Advocates play a key role in helping us reach our Giving Day goals.

How does my honoree receive their Valentine?
During the donation process, you will be prompted to dedicate your gift in honor or in memory of an individual or a group, such as the Class of 1961.
For individual honorees: We will mail a Valentine tribute on your behalf that includes your name and personal message, if you choose to add one. If you know your honoree’s mailing address, please provide it when prompted on the Giving Page. If we do not have a current address on file, we will reach out to ensure your tribute is delivered.
If you are making a gift in memory of someone and would like a card sent to a family member or loved one, please be sure to include that information as well.
For group dedications: Tributes will be shared electronically via email using the address we have on file.
Can I make a gift in honor of a group?
Yes. You may make a gift in honor of a group such as a sports team, class, theater cast, or club. A virtual tribute will be emailed to the group.
How many people can I honor in one transaction?
You may honor one individual per transaction unless the honoree is a group. If you wish to honor multiple individuals, such as several teachers or students, please make a separate gift for each person.
Groups, such as the JV soccer team or a graduating class, may be honored with one donation.
How do I add a photo of my honoree to the tribute wall?
After completing your donation, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to upload a photo of your honoree. Simply click the link and follow the prompts to add your photo.
Please allow a few moments for your photo to populate on the tribute wall after submission.
Will I receive a tax receipt for my donation?
Yes. All Giving Day donations are tax deductible. You will receive an official receipt via email after your donation for your records.
