What is the Saints Fund?
The Saints Fund is the name of our school’s annual giving program. It provides SSSAS with unrestricted funds for use during the current fiscal year. While the school budget is planned in advance, the Saints Fund allows our faculty and staff the ability to address unexpected needs and provide opportunities as they arise. This financial flexibility ensures our students continue to be nurtured and supported no matter the unforeseen challenges that may occur.
Who gives to the Saints Fund?
Everyone! Parents, alumni, parents of alumni, current and former grandparents of students, current and former faculty and staff, a growing number of companies through employee match gift programs, and many friends of SSSAS. Philanthropy is a key part of being an active member of our Saints family and is tied to our mission to pursue goodness as well as knowledge. 1,521 Saints made gifts totalling over $1.48 million through the Saints Fund last year.
What impact will my gift have?
Every gift has an important impact on our school. For our students, it provides resources for off-campus bonding trips, cutting-edge equipment to enhance the academic and athletic experience, improvements to our classrooms, performing arts stages, athletic fields, and playgrounds. For our faculty and staff, it provides industry-leading professional development, teacher requested classroom enhancements and experiential learning opportunities, as well as personal support through health and wellness programing. The financial flexibility provided by The Saints Fund ensures our students and faculty continue to be nurtured and supported, no matter the challenges that may occur. What is the right amount to give?
There is no one right amount. Participating in the Saints Fund with a gift that is meaningful to you and makes you feel good about supporting SSSAS is most important! We receive gifts at every level, and each gift, whether it's $25 or $2,500, makes an immediate impact.
