Meet Cohort 8! 

The WLA community continues to grow. In March 2026, we welcomed our 8th cohort of Women’s Leadership Academy.

Over the past several months, Cohort 8 participants have learned from accomplished leaders, strengthened their leadership skills, built meaningful relationships, and challenged themselves to grow personally and professionally. Along the way, they have been supported by WLA mentors, speakers, and one another.

As Cohort 8 prepares to wrap up its WLA journey in November, we are excited to celebrate all they have accomplished and welcome them into our growing community of WLA graduates.
