How can I participate in Winsor Giving Day?
You can make your Winsor Giving Day gift any of the following ways:
Is my gift tax deductible?
Yes. You will be emailed a tax receipt upon making a gift on the Giving Day site.
Can I give to any designation or fund for Giving Day?
Giving Day specifically celebrates and counts donors who support Winsor students and faculty through the Winsor Fund—Winsor's annual fund—which directly supports the school's immediate areas of greatest need. While we are grateful for support to all areas of the school, only Winsor Fund gifts count toward our goal of 474 donors.
Will Giving Day gifts count toward the Winsor Leads Campaign?
Any gift you make for Giving Day counts as your FY26–27 Winsor Fund gift. Every dollar through the Winsor Fund and Giving Day also moves us closer to the $100M Winsor Leads Campaign goal.
What if I already made a Winsor Fund gift this year or usually give later in the year?
Giving Day is all about the power of collective philanthropy and participation! Since Giving Day happens early in the fiscal year, making your annual gift today is a fantastic way to jumpstart our momentum—or, if you prefer, you are welcome to make a smaller additional participation gift. If you typically wait until spring or calendar year-end to give, we hope you will join us for this important Giving Day tradition. Every gift brings us one step closer to our goal of 474 donors by October 21.
Can I create a match or challenge?
Absolutely, providing a match or a challenge is a great way to amplify your impact on Giving Day and create some healthy competition among classes. You can create a challenge or a match above as you are making your gift to leverage your impact!
