3. Scroll down to "Select Your Incentive"

4. Based on the chapel seating chart below, please choose your pew or seat.

5. Under "Recognition Plaque" please indicate how you would like your name or inscription to appear on your plaque. If you have not yet decided, please leave blank.

5. Fill out the remaining fields and go to checkout to make your gift.
