University of Denver is a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit organization (Tax ID 84-0404231). 5% of each gift is allocated to the Campaign Investment Fund that helps provide this crowdfunding site, credit card processing fees, and other fundraising overhead.

Q: What happens if the targeted funding goal is not met?
A: All funds raised will still support the CCC's programs, including the Climate Conscious Conference and other events throughout the year.

Q: Can we still give after the May 23, 2026 deadline?
A: Yes, we appreciate donor support throughout the year and are immensely grateful for every contribution. Donations given outside of this crowdfunding page may not be reflected in the crowdfunding campaign totals, but will most certainly be put to good use supporting the CCC. 

Q: Can my gift be anonymous?
A: Yes, simply check the box under your name on the payment screen that says, "Please do not display my name".

Q: Can I give in honor of or in memory of someone?
A: Yes, feel free to add the name of the person you'd like to honor in the box on the payment screen that says, "In honor of".

Q: My employer matches my charitable contributions. How do I get started?
A: We partner with Double the Donation to make submitting your donation match request as easy as possible. You can search for your employer's name in the search box on the payment screen that says, "See if your company will match your donation!". Please remember to follow up with your employer!

Q: If I'd like to make a gift from my Donor Advised Fund, IRA, or write a check, what do I need to know?
