MAKING A GIFT

How can I make a gift?
You can make your gift online through this website by clicking the green button that says, “Support Peace Now.” Gifts can be made by credit card, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and DAFPay, which works directly with your Donor Advised Fund.

You may also mail a check made payable to William Peace University with “Giving Day” in the memo line to:

Is there a minimum gift amount?
Yes, the minimum gift amount is $5. We appreciate your support! 

Can I give anonymously?
Yes, simply select the box next to “Please do not display my name.” Your name will not appear on any public donor list, but your gift will still count toward our Giving Day totals and challenges.

Where does my gift go?
Your gift goes where you want it to! The Peace Annual Fund is the area of greatest need and the primary source of funding for critical scholarships. You can find other student-centered funds in the drop-down “Designation” menu on the donation form, or select “Other” to write in where you would like to direct your gift.

Is my gift tax-deductible?
Yes, William Peace University is designated as a 501(c)(3), and all donations are tax-deductible.

Will my employer match my gift?
Many employers will match donations made by employees, employee spouses, and even retirees. Search for your employer here to see if your gift can be doubled or even tripled by your company!

What if I already made my gift to Peace this year?
Thank you for your support! You can still help on Peace Giving Day by making a small participation gift or simply sharing this site with your network. See below for more information on spreading the word.  

ADVOCATES: SPREAD THE WORD

How do I become an Advocate?
You can access your unique advocacy link after you make a gift or by signing up or logging in to your GiveCampus account. Once logged in, you can spread the word about the campaign by copying your unique advocacy link or using the sharing buttons on the campaign, which will be unique to you. 

Can I share the campaign without making a gift?
Yes, you can create an account without making a gift, and the sharable links will be unique to you and counted on the Advocate Leaderboard under your name. If you'd just like to share the campaign without having it count toward your advocacy, you can use the sharing buttons without being signed in, and your efforts will be counted under Community Advocate.
