What is Assumption's Day of Giving?
Assumption's Day of Giving is a day when the entire Greyhound community comes together to show their appreciation and make a difference for Assumption!
This year, Assumption's Day of Giving will run for 24 hours from 12:00 a.m. through 11:59 p.m. EST on Tuesday, April 21.
What makes my gift on Assumption’s Day of Giving special?
On the day of giving, your gift has an even bigger impact, thanks to a group of generous supporters providing challenge funds.
Gifts on Assumption's Day of Giving support the University’s areas of greatest need. Generous donors are also challenging the community to join in and help release additional support. Throughout the day, leaderboards will show progress in real-time, and these challenges will enhance the fun and anticipation.
Consider setting up your own challenge or match to help us start off with lots of energy!
Can I mail my gift?
While we strongly encourage online giving, checks received by April 21, with "Assumption's Day of Giving" in the memo line, will be counted toward the day’s total.

Can I make a gift with stocks or securities or through a donor-advised fund for Assumption's Day of Giving?
Yes! Please call us at 508-767-7011 or email John White at ja.white@assumption.edu. Thank you for letting us know in advance so we can count your gift. Be sure to mention “Assumption's Day of Giving.”
What payment methods do you accept online?
In addition to debit and credit cards, you can make your gift online using PayPal, Venmo, GooglePay or ApplePay.
I made a gift earlier this year. Will that count?
If you have already given to Assumption this year, thank you for your gift! We encourage you to participate in Assumption’s Day of Giving and support the areas you love with an additional gift. Only gifts made during the campaign period (March 20-April 21) count toward our Day of Giving goals and will help unlock challenge funds. Your additional gift will inspire others to give as well.
I’ve made my Day of Giving gift. How else can I help?
Thank you for your gift! There are so many ways to share your Greyhound pride and celebrate Assumption's Day of Giving with your network.
Measure the power of your reach through GiveCampus. Share your custom link provided towards the bottom of your email receipt or in your GiveCampus account. When you do, you will see how many people you inspire to give. Post on Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram, and LinkedIn. Be sure to use hashtag #AssumptionDayofGiving!
