Sarah Lawrence Giving Day is our special 24-hour fundraising challenge. Your gift of any amount on April 8 will be put to immediate use to support scholarships for talented students, resources for our esteemed faculty, and the one-of-a-kind education provided by Sarah Lawrence. This year, your gifts go even further, with $50,000 in matching funds unlocked for every 100 donors.

Sarah Lawrence Giving Day is on April 8, 2026 from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM Eastern.
Q. Who can donate?
Anyone may donate and everyone is encouraged! Donations to Sarah Lawrence are tax-deductible. Contributions on the Giving Day platform may be made via credit and debit card only and will be received and receipted by GiveCampus. To donate via mail, please send a check payable to Sarah Lawrence College to: The Fund for Sarah Lawrence, 1 Mead Way, Bronxville, NY 10708. Q. What is GiveCampus?
GiveCampus is a giving platform that helps nonprofits raise money, engage donors, and manage volunteers quickly and efficiently.
Q. How much of my donation goes to GiveCampus?
GiveCampus retains a 5% campaign management fee from all donations. Credit card processing fees are an additional 2.9% + $0.30 for all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover). Donors can opt to cover the credit card processing fees to make an even greater impact! All contributions are final and cannot be refunded.
Q. Who will receive my contact information?
When you donate via GiveCampus, Sarah Lawrence College will have access to your name and email address. This information is used solely to send thank you messages, provide the option to receive future notifications, and to notify you of future activities.
Q. Do I need to create an account with GiveCampus?
No. Your gift receipt is emailed immediately upon processing your donation. To claim a donation as a deduction on U.S. taxes, you should retain the donation receipt as an official record.

Q. Can I pre-schedule a donation for Sarah Lawrence Giving Day?
Donations can be made as early as March 1, 2026 for Giving Day 2026 -- but your gift will only activate totals and leaderboards starting on Giving Day itself.
