Drawing on both research and real-world experience, Dr. Damour will explore the vital role of supportive adult relationships, healthy coping strategies, and emotional resilience in helping teenagers navigate stress and uncertainty—and why strong, steady connections matter more than ever. Together, the group will discuss how Thayer is partnering with Dr. Damour to help students strengthen their resilience and learn meaningful ways to support one another.
