What is the CFA Annual Fund?

The Annual Fund is the heart of philanthropy at our school. Each year, it provides the critical resources that allow CFA to go above and beyond what tuition alone can support. It is the single most important way our community of parents, grandparents, alumni, faculty, and friends comes together to directly impact our students’ daily lives. Annual Fund gifts are put to work immediately. Every dollar raised in a given fiscal year is invested back into that same year’s student experience and funds professional development opportunities, programs, and improvements that keep CFA at the forefront of education.

Why is Parent Participation Important?

Participation tells a story of unity and shared purpose. Every family’s decision to give - at whatever level is meaningful to them - signals confidence in CFA and a collective commitment to our students, teachers, and staff. Strong participation not only builds pride within our community, it also demonstrates to foundations and the broader community that CFA is a school with dedicated, invested families.

If I've already made an Annual Fund gift, will it count towards my House participation?

Gifts made to the Annual Fund before our campaign countdown on 9/25 are not included in the House competition. That said, your generous support already makes you a valued donor for this year - thank you! If you’d like to boost your House during Calling All Canes Week, we encourage you to make an additional gift of any size. Every gift made this week counts toward your House’s participation total!

Are there other ways to make my gift?

Yes! Please visit this page to see all the ways you can make your Annual Fund contribution.
