When will I receive my kit?

You can expect to receive your kit within about 6 weeks of making your gift.

Is my gift tax deductible?

Yes. You will receive a tax receipt in the mail after you make a gift. However, please note that there is an exchange of goods and services if you choose to receive an item with your donation. The fair market value of the item we are providing is $75. For donations under $3,750, the fair market value of the item will reduce the tax deductibility of the donation, in accordance with federal tax regulations. 

What if I don’t want a brick kit?

If you wish to decline your brick kit and receive full tax deductibility for your donation, please indicate your preference by declining the gift on the donation form. 

What are the dimensions of the brick kit?

5 x 4.5 x 1 inches – a perfect accessory for your desk.

Can my kit be shipped internationally?

No. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally. Only U.S. addresses will be able to receive the kit.

Can Rice ship the kit to my relative/friend/student?

Your item will be sent to the mailing address you provide when you make your gift. Unfortunately, we are unable to send the kit to a different address.

How can I get more than one brick kit? For example, if I give $750, will I receive two kits?

In appreciation of your generosity, we are only sending one kit per transaction, no matter the size of the gift. To receive another kit, you will need to make an additional and separate gift of $375 or more.

I don’t see my favorite area of support. How can I give to that fund or program?

Gifts must be designated for The Owl Club Athletic Fund in order to receive the brick kit. If you would like to support other areas of athletics without receiving a brick kit, please visit riceowlclub.com
