Meet Ashley!

Hi! My name is Ashley Siu, and I’m the treasurer of the NYU Badminton Team. I started playing badminton in 2020 and have continued competing in tournaments from high school into college. The badminton community has always been a safe and supportive space for me as I’ve met some of my closest friends through the sport, and I’m excited to help others build meaningful relationships within this community as well. Outside of badminton, I’m majoring in Business and Political Economy at the NYU Stern School of Business, with a minor in Nutrition and Dietetics at NYU Steinhardt.

Meet Caitlin!

Hi! My name is Caitlin Kraft, and I am a captain on the NYU Badminton Team. Since starting badminton in 2018, I’ve met so many amazing people through the sport. I am grateful to have the opportunity to expand the badminton community at NYU and hope to continue to do so through Rising Violets. Outside of badminton, I’m majoring in Biochemistry at NYU’s College of Arts and Sciences on the Prehealth track.
