How do I create my Match? You can match gifts pound(£)-for-pound(£) or dollar($)-for-dollar($) up to a fixed amount, and even structure it to be based on donor participation. Look for the Offer a Matching Gift button on the page.

Can I express an interest in where my gift goes? Yes! Consider the area you would like your gift to support and help make an impact. From academics, extracurricular programs, and financial aid to supporting world-class faculty and staff, salaries, and professional development. All gifts will be counted toward the goal.

Do you have giving levels? Yes! You can view our Community Circles and Leadership Giving Levels here. 

Are corporate matching gifts accepted? Yes! Many corporations match employees’ charitable gifts. This kind of support makes a significant contribution, as it can double or triple the size of your gift. Contact your company's charitable giving representative for the latest matching gift policies and relevant forms to complete at your organization.

Can I receive tax benefits for my donation? Yes! The American School in London Foundation (UK) Limited (the “Foundation (UK)”) is a company limited by guarantee, registered in England & Wales (company no. 04131404), which is wholly owned by the American School in London Foundation (the "Foundation") and is a charity registered with the Charity Commission for England & Wales (registration no. 1086037). For US federal tax purposes, the Foundation (UK) is classified as a disregarded entity and therefore contributions to the Foundation (UK) are eligible for the US federal income tax charitable deduction (US tax ID 13-6258480). Contributions to the Foundation (UK) may also be eligible for UK tax relief. The Foundation (UK) supports The American School in London Educational Trust, Ltd. through grants. Use of contributions for grants is at the complete control and discretion of the directors of the Foundation (UK).
