What is Cavs Shine Bright Day?
Cavs Shine Bright Day is CCES’s annual day of giving - 24 hours where our entire community rallies together to make 300 gifts to the CavFund, the school’s annual fund.

What does the CavFund do?
The CavFund supports every student, every teacher, and every program at CCES - from academics and athletics to the arts, financial aid, and spiritual life. Gifts go to work immediately to strengthen the daily experience for all 1,200+ Cavaliers.

Is this the same thing as Build for the Future?
No. Build for the Future is our capital campaign, which funds major projects and facilities. Cavs Shine Bright Day gifts go to the CavFund, which fuels programs and opportunities right now that tuition alone doesn’t cover.

What if I have multiple children in different grades?
Great! You can make one gift and it will count toward each child’s grade participation. No need to give multiple times (unless you’d like to!).

Do small gifts really matter?
Yes! Participation is the most important thing on Cavs Shine Bright Day. Every gift, no matter the size, helps us reach our 300-gift goal and shows the strength of our Cavalier community.
