When will I receive my custom hat?
Your custom hat should arrive in the mail within 4-6 weeks after you have made your gift. It will be sent to the mailing address you provide in the giving form. 

How do I choose my student's class year for the side of my custom hat?
The hat's custom embroidery—your student's class year—will be provided as a field on the giving form when making your gift. There is also an option to select no class year if you so chose. 

Can I get more than one hat? 
Yes, but separate individual gifts are required. Only one hat will be mailed as a "thank you" per individual gift.

Can you ship internationally? 
Yes, we can ship your hat internationally. Please allow additional time for delivery.

Is my gift tax-deductible? 
Yes. You will receive a tax receipt via email after you make a gift. However, please note that there is an exchange of goods and services upon your donation. The fair market value ($20) of the item we are providing will reduce the tax credit of your gift, in accordance with federal tax regulations.
