Emma was diagnosed at 12 days old and while it has led us down some uncertain roads and hundreds of appointments it has not defined the little lady Emma is becoming! Emma is a kind, smart, hard working teenager that just so happens to also have a metabolic disease called PDE! Emma is my hero!
