What is Giving Day?

Giving Day is an annual tradition where the entire Clarion campus community comes together to show their love and make a difference for our students and programs.

This year, Giving Day will run for 24 hours from midnight on Thursday, March 20 through 11:59 p.m. EST on Thursday, March 20. 

Is there a minimum donation amount? Yes, there is a $5 minimum donation.

If I make a gift can my company match it? Yes, many employers sponsor matching gift programs and will match any charitable contributions made by their employees. 

Is my gift tax deductible? Yes, Clarion University Foundation, Inc. is recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. 

Can I make a gift by phone or check? Yes! To make a gift by phone, please call (814) 393-2827. If you’re paying by mail, please make checks payable to Clarion University Foundation, Inc. and mail to:
