UD Flight Team Cessna 150

The UD Flight Team was established shortly after the University of Dubuque Aviation program began in 1974. Over the past 50 years, the UD Flight Team has competed in many competitions, experiencing both triumphs and challenges.  

In 2024, UD Aviation hosted the National Intercollegiate Flying Association's Regions VI Safety and Evaluation Conference (SAFECON), providing an excellent opportunity for students to showcase their skills. 

To enhance our team's competitiveness, we aim to acquire a Cessna 150, an aircraft known for its precision and reliability in competition. Many of you may remember this aircraft as the primary trainer for UD Aviation for many years.
