A generous alumnus has committed to a gift of $30,000 when we reach our goal of 175 donors! 

A Challenge is set up in such a way that a donor will give $XX if a certain number of donors give OR the donor will give $XX if $YY is donated. 

For example, “Larry Lazer will give $1,000 if 50 donors give” OR ”Onona Daga will give $1,000 if $1,000 is donated.” 

Challenges are all-or-nothing in that the dollars are not released unless the threshold specified in the terms of the Challenge is met. The donor and their challenge dollars will be counted in the overall total and the associated leaderboards only once the threshold is met and the Challenge is unlocked.
