The Young Alumni Leadership Society (YAL) honors JBS's youngest philanthropic alumni who support Burroughs at designated giving levels, based on the following tiers.

• Class Years: 2009 - 2012 = $500 ($42 monthly)
• Class Years: 2013 - 2016 = $250 ($21 monthly)
• Class Years: 2017 - 2020 = $100 ($9 monthly)
• Class Years: 2021 - 2024 = $19.23 ($2 monthly)
