What is Giving Day? AU Giving Day is an annual tradition that brings together alumni, parents, students, faculty, staff, and friends from near and far to come together for 36 hours to support the areas of AU they are most passionate about. 

How do I decide what area to support? No matter what your philanthropic passion is, there is something for everyone at AU. Wherever you direct your support, your gift will impact people who are changing the world and will shape the future. 

What will my gift support?  It’s up to you! Your support this Giving Day helps provide scholarships, expand programs, advance research, and open new doors for AU students, faculty, and the broader community.

Is there a minimum donation amount? Donations of $5 or more can be accepted for the Young Alumni Challenge. Every gift will make a difference. Thank you for giving what you can!

When will I receive my AU Swag? The winning chapter will receive their AU Swag at the next scheduled Chapter Event. 

Do I have to be an active member in my Chapter to participate? No! Everyone is welcome to participate and be apart of the Giving Day experience. 

Does my gift count towards the Giving Day total? Yes, all gifts made in support of the Young Alumni Face-Off will count towards our overall Giving Day goal of reaching 3,000 donors.
