What makes my gift on Johnnie Day of Giving special? 

On April 9, your gift has an even bigger impact, thanks to a group of generous supporters providing challenge gifts.  

Johnnie Day of Giving gifts help your favorite areas of St. John's unlock these challenge gifts. Throughout the day, leaderboards will show progress in real-time, and challenges will enhance the fun and anticipation.

Consider setting up your own challenge or match to help us start Johnnie Day of Giving Day with lots of energy!

Can I send my gift in via the mail?

While we strongly encourage online giving, checks received by April 9, with "Johnnie Day of Giving 2025" in the memo line, will be counted toward the day’s total.

Can I make a gift with stocks or securities for Johnnie Day of Giving?

Yes! Please email our team at advancement@sjc.edu. Thank you for letting us know in advance so we can count your gift. Be sure to mention “Johnnie Day of Giving 2025”. 

Can I make a gift through a donor-advised fund?

Yes! Let our team know at advancement@sjc.edu that we can count on your support. To make a distribution to St. John's through your donor-advised fund, please contact your financial institution and include “Johnnie Day of Giving 2025” along with your gift designation. 

What payment methods do you accept online?

In addition to debit and credit cards, you can make your gift using PayPal, Venmo, ApplePay, or bank transfer.

I made a gift earlier this year. Will that count?

If you have already given to St. John's this year, thank you for your gift! We encourage you to participate in Johnnie Day of Giving and support the areas you love with an additional gift. Only gifts made on April 9 will count towards the totals that can unlock challenge gifts for the area that means the most to you. Your additional gift will inspire other Johnnies to give as well.

I’ve made my Johnnie Day of Giving gift. How else can I help?

Measure the power of your reach through Give Campus.

Share your custom link provided towards the bottom of your email receipt or in your GiveCampus account. When you do, you will see how many people you inspire to give. Post on Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram, and LinkedIn. Use the hashtag #JohnnieDayofGiving.
