About

Who We Are

Texas Law isn’t just a school—it’s a lifelong community. For generations, we’ve prepared top-tier lawyers and leaders who make a difference in Texas and beyond. With unmatched academics, hands-on clinics, and a deep commitment to public service, Texas Law equips students with the skills, confidence, and network to thrive. And with the support of alumni like you, we ensure that every student has access to the same world-class opportunities that shaped your experience.

What We're Fundraising For

We’re raising funds for the Summer Public Service Program, a crucial initiative that ensures students can pursue meaningful summer fellowships in public interest roles without financial strain. Many of these internships at nonprofits, government agencies, and legislative offices are unpaid, but SPSP provides a guaranteed “floor” of funding so students can serve the public while gaining the hands-on experience they need to launch their careers. The SPSP serves as an umbrella for summer fellowships created through grants and gifts from generous donors.

The Impact of Your Gift

Your gift empowers Texas Law students to:

✅ Advocate for children, and survivors of violence.
✅ Work in legal aid offices and public defender agencies.
✅ Shape policy in government and legislative roles.
✅ Support nonprofits and community organizations delivering critical legal services.

Thanks to this support, students can fully commit to public interest work—gaining real-world experience and making a real impact in the lives of others.

Your support removes barriers, fuels careers in public service, and strengthens the communities our students serve. Help us make this summer count!
